Our workplaces are communities of people who want to use their skills and abilities to work together effectively. 


Using models such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360),  Gallup Strengths®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, and Intercultural Development (IDI)®, I will create a customized program to met the needs of your workplace.

How We Get There

The first step will be for Sidney to meet with key people to learn about your vision and your goals. The next step might be to engage a group to discuss what’s working well or what challenges you face.  This may take the form of a focus group, needs assessment, or a collaborative group process like  Appreciative Inquiry, ProAction Café, or an Open Space conversation.


It is also quite possible that you have already identified that your team will benefit from a workshop on:

It is a partnership that inspires people to discover greater possibilities and opportunities.  Sidney is an ICF Professional Coach (PCC), a Certified Mentor Coach, and is also certified in several coaching models, including NeuroLeadership Coaching, Presence-Based Coaching, Gallup Strengths®, Intercultural Development (IDI), and Team Coaching International.

Our first session may begin by exploring why you or your team are interested in coaching. You may already be clear on your starting place, like your own leadership development, team development, managing conflict, strategic direction, or  improved communication.  

In any of these situations, we may decide to begin  with a team or leadership assessment and I will have some good ideas on which will work best for you.
